Wow, it's 11:16 and I'm just about to start my homework. It's my French homework, since I'm way behind. Unfortunately, I don't understand any of it. I've completely regressed when it comes to French. I don't think I can form a single sentence. I miss the good old days of French I and II, when we learned "Things to say in a restaurant" and articles of clothing. Sitting next to Body Builder Boy certainly didn't make things worse . . .

Erin and Alicia were gonna help me study, but they both bailed on me. I'm lost. Maybe I'll just skip class tomorrow.

I have an AP English paper due on Friday. I know what my topic's gonna be, but I have no idea how I'm gonna make it a good paper. Oy vey . . .

To everyone that left their name for that "song" thing: I will get back to you, but it's probably not gonna be until tomorrow night or Saturday. Yeah, I know I'm a double standard since I have time to write an uneventful Live Journal, but you know how these things go.

I called USF today and they were really nice to me. I just have to suck up my pride by sucking up to Mr. Urdahl tomorrow, two and a half weeks after I said I was going to. Go me.

Today's life lesson:

1. If there are two songs that remind you of a certain person and they are played back-to-back, it is NOT a sign from the universe. It means you are pathetic for even thinking such.

2. If one of the songs is played within five minutes on competing radio stations and you happen to hear it both times, it is NOT a sign from the universe. It means you enjoy an overplayed song and should stop being such a follower and start liking those indie bands everyone else talks about.

Boo ... Je ne sais pas le francais!
