They accuse a guy in a Subaru of trying to run some of their people over -- then they break his windshield, reach through the open driver's-side window to sock him in the jaw, spit on his car, dent his sides and scrape away at the paint job, yank him out of the car and open a nice big laceration on the back of his head, and just for good measure they slash his tires to keep him from "endangering" anyone else with his vehicle.
