Our gym
Rachel recently joined my gym, and I went with her to do it so I could get the free month, but I only ended up getting a t-shirt, which Rachel then stole. We got hookered into staying there for so long that by the end we were laughin it all back with the trainers and managers, because come on, we were all being ridiculous. We got a trainer for 4 sessions to set our weight training program up. We requested the kind of trainer that would show up drunk, and we didn't get that. Our "nutritional advisor", Anthony Buffolini, yes Anthony BUFFOLINI, got me this protein shake powder to make in the morning and man am I cracked out on them. They're awesome! He defined the difference between the "max" shakes and the "fit" shakes as follows: fit works for me because I don't want any unneccesary muscle growth; Tony: "and I want to look like a greek statue". I which point I was all er...s and uh....s.
He goes by Tony Buff and we were wondering if he was gay (just curiosity). If we weren't clued in when he described Megan's trainer as a "mountain of a man" (and that he wanted to grab some climbing equipment and give him a hug), then our suspicions were confirmed when we read this week's stranger and discovered Tony Buff, 34, is the poster boy for this year's Mr. Leather 2005 contest. In the picture he is turned with his ass to the camera, wearing nothing but a big black nazi hat and leather pants w/ detachable cat whip. In his left back pocket he wears a red bandanna; according to the article in leather land this signifies that he is a top and likes fistfucking. Black is for heavy S&M, and yellow "indicates a preference for pissing." I like how the article ends with quotes from two "twinks" from the Broadway grill:
