Shangra-La (not sure on the spelling) buffet in Boardman is the best Chinese resturaunt ever. Chinese buffalo wings, squid, good sushi, and gourmet cakes. Shangra-La is even better than Sunny's, which I didn't even think was possible. Plus, there's a little pond that goes under the entrance with fish. Awesome
