Laptop: FUCK YEAH!
If you didn't guess it from the whole subject line, I am on my laptop right now. Srsly. Like as I'm typing.
So far, I like it. The keyboard is a little different than I'm used to and everything, but still, it's nice to know that I have a whole mini-computer worth of space to myself and I don't have to constantly put up with the dumb games everyone else downloads on the other computer.
The tech support line for Core.Com (our internet provider) has some dumb ass people on it. The one guy told us that if you just plugged the phone cord into the computer, it would magically transfer our account from the other computer via phoneline. Seriously, wtfbombs? I try to be PC, but Jesus Christ, I hate the mentally handicapped sometimes.
I don't have anything else to add. I'm just enjoying hearing the clicking sounds of keyboard that my mom hasn't dropped cigarette ashes all over.
