Just for the sake of posting, I will mention that I have started a Delicious Account, feel free to check it out.
I am slowly putting in my old links to fanfic I enjoyed as well as bookmarking new things to read (for any newbies out there, it's a very easy to use site and I'm impressed with how organized I am). It's a slow process, b/c I am trying to reread fics and remember if I liked them for some objective literary awesomeness :), or if my admiration was centered on it being of a particular genre/kink/character that if I were to recommend it to others I would throw in a bunch of qualifiers and warnings to prevent running into any pet-peeves. I know I have an ever-changing list of pet-peeves about fanfiction and somewhere at the end of that list are reccers that mash works of varying quality together forcing us poor newbie readers to go digging for treasure, as it were.
