Avatars of eco, hm?
[Yes, Phoenix is facing down both Dark and Light Jak. Not exactly a position any man wants to find himself in, but Phoenix already has a plan. He stands up and places his hands on the table, leaning forward with a feral smile. The rest of the bar has gone quiet.]So sorry, gentlemen, but I'm afraid you aren't allowed in this

[Dark picks up a bowl of peanuts and hurls it past Phoenix's head so it shatters against the wall.]
Can be anywhere I want to be.

[Not here, not right now. Light just ruffles his wings, clasping his wrists behind his back and fixing Phoenix with a flat look.]
Could you bend the rules for once?

Why?
[Calmly he starts to fill a glass.]
What reason could the two of you have for wanting to dodge this rite of entry. It isn't as though it's difficult.
[A pause, then another challenging smile. This one is specifically directed at Dark.]
Unless you don't think you can handle it?

But he also knows that they tend to respond when provoked. If he can just provoke the right response...
Then Light shakes his head, and Phoenix's eyes glint.
Perfect.]
Very well, then. If you'd prefer I express my doubt silently, as your companion just did...
[He turns to Light.]
You would know more about control.

Dark snarls and slams his hands down on the table, claws digging into the surface. His eyes are wide and tiny sparks of Dark eco flicker over his skin.]
Talk to ME!
I'M better than him!

Instead, he does exactly as Dark demands and looks at the creature of Dark Eco.]
Are you?
[Calmly and casually as he can manage, he pushes the drink forward.]
I have yet to see you prove it.
[He starts filling another glass. No, he hasn't forgotten about Light. 'Focus on the more immediate threat.']

He is better than Light. Always has been. In EVERY way. Now he can prove he's better than him HERE too. HA. Take that, Light Eco.
Snorting, he picks up the glass and drinks it back, then slams it hard enough down on the bar to shatter.]
There. Better than him.
[He points at Light, glass still embedded in his hand, blood dripping from his fist. It's all a part of the point.]

Indeed. In fact, you've just earned your right to stay in the bar, whereas your companion has not.
[His attention returns to Light.]
I suppose you intend to leave?
[Inwardly he tenses. He would rather have the pair than only just the Dark.]

He won't do it.
He knows I'm better~
[Licking his lips, Dark starts looking around the bar. Lots and lots of squishy things to cut open and play with. Lots of things to burn and break down and destroy.]

...then again, he could always just teach him a lesson by his own rules. So Light picks up the glass and downs the contents; the inside of his mouth glows just as brightly as his eyes, and he slides the empty glass toward Phoenix before brushing past him, wings ruffling in irritation.
Asshole.]

Hmm. It appears you're tied again.
[He picks up the bottle he'd been pouring from, as though he intends to put it away.]
But welcome aboard, the both of you.
[He keeps his movement slow and deliberate, half expecting that any moment now...
If not, then he'll have to come up with Plan B.]

He hates Light. Hates hates hates him. HATES.
Grabbing the edge of the table and wrenching it from the supports, Dark flips it over and stalks after the other eco persona, face twisted into something between a vicious snarl and a childish pout. He lopes with his arms swinging low, pushing around Light to walk in front of him.
I go first. B|]
