That's quite alright! I spent the last three months in a "GAH WINTER!" Seasonal Affective stupor, so no judgement. (Seriously, when I say that I've been boring, what I mean is, every conversation I have had involved the exact same "WHY WON'T THE COLD AND THE SNOW STOP?" rant.)
No, it's not, I must heap shame upon myself, my cow, etc. But GOD DO I FEEL YOU ON THE WINTER HATE. I got to go to Puerto Rico and Florida in the last month (for WORK), which helped some, but the moment you step off the plane at home it's just 8( 8( 8( all over again.

I am jealous of your warm weather travel. People on twitter came back from the JoCo cruise, and while I have never wanted to go on a cruise ever, I spent a week thinking that a cruise was The Best Thing Ever. It was sad.
And, yes! I am joining the ranks of Cool Spinster Aunts! (Whoo! For Cool Spinster Aunts!) My sister is having a little girl child! My wee, tiny niece is due over Memorial Day Weekend. Already, they are trying to rope me into babysitting. They are not understanding that I don't change diapers.
What kind of cruise is that? Tell me it's Jonathon Coulton, I want to imagine there is a cruise themed around him.

It is TOTALLY Jonathon Coulton. This year was his fourth year hosting it. Wil Wheaton shows up there and Grant Imahara and John Hodgeman and Hank Green was there this year and it basically combines a sci-fi convention with a cruise. Really, if there were ONE cruise I went on, it would be that one.
I am pretty confident regarding the diapers decision, personally. I've gotten a lot of backup on that one.
