i like to ti-ti-tickle!
today was my last day of work. it was actually kind of sad. i liked work. i'll probably work there next summer, so it's all good. i'm already going back on tuesday because tanya and eddie are going to take me out to lunch ;) love them. hah. my grown-up friends. they will be missed. i exchanged email addresses with tanya, so that's cool. i'll drop her a line from happy valley.
i have to go visit my oma before i leave because she's 91 and i won't be home for three months and, not to be morbid, but my dad doesn't want something "bad" to happen to her without me seeing her before i leave. so yeah. i have to go to the old people home... it's always an experience. oma's cool... a little crazy now. back in the day, we would chill when my dad would work on saturdays. wow. i was like 5. crazy shit. when i was little, she always talked about how she would take me to germany for the summer when i was older and all that because she used to go every year. i'm kinda sad i never got to go. that would've been cool.
in other news... wow. summer is winding down. all in all, i've had an amazing time ;) so much fun. ashley leaves tomorrow. crazy. most vital item she's bringing with her: the penn state shot glass with her name on it that i got her when i went in july. it'll come in handy, this i know. hah. i'm going to miss her :(
i hope all the incoming seniors have a good year & good luck with all your college stuff. take it from me, even though things may not turn out the way you picture them or want them to, it could end up being a blessing in disguise. don't stress & have fun.
