He's getting so big....
FIVE TEETH NOW. The day after we noticed his first eyetooth popping out, the opposite side was cutting through also. And 2 days ago we could see his left front tooth through his gums! Agh!
He is walking really good...and he sits himself down with the greatest control. It's amazing how slowly he will go from standing to sitting. He doesn't plop down on his bottom.
Johnathan has also started eating some finger foods, namely Cheerios and crackers so far. And he is perfecting the sippy cup. It's hard to comprehend that I have gone from, this time last year, wadding around with a big tummy and swollen legs and ankles, to this...talking and walking and laughing and turning the pages in his books by himself!
I just laid him down for a nap, and I had a little surprise waiting for me. A diaper on the floor in front of the crib, and a huge wet spot in his crib and allll over all of his toys and his crib bumper. I am just SO glad that he hadn't been standing. He could have gotten all of his onesies and sleepers (they are on the shelves of his changing table, next to his crib), not to mention lots of other goodies within...range. heh. So I guess 'taking off diaper' needs to be added to his list of accomplishments. lol
