It has been a long time
Wow. It has been a very long time since I have actually posted on an online journal. But I figure that if I am going to try to have one for when I'm traveling, I might as well start now, eh? I really wish that I could have a different layout. Does anyone know any other ones?

So... We'll see how well I keep up my journal. Hahaa. Next semester is going to be horrible.
Current trip planning in progress: Philippines. Yes. I am SO EXCITED. I just bought two travel guides yesterday: rough guide and of course lonely planet. I'm really interested to see what it will be like... Reading them has been a blast. I'm working on getting a camera. I've been working, so I've been developing some cash. I'm looking at the Canon Rebel XTi. I bought a case yesterday at Ross from Case Logic for $8. It's actually a camcorder bag, but it should be fine for its future resident. And if not the Grail would fit too. I <3 being cheap. So... I was thinking an Eos 30D, but I have been advised that I won't be able to appreciate the extra cost ($500 more) and should invest that in a better lens. So the Rebel XTi it is. I can't decide whether or not to buy it now... and get used to it ( :-) ) or to buy it later. I am also wondering whether or not I should be buying a camera right now. But the shutter. It clicks. So glorious...
