(no subject)
So i'm trying fix everything on my car like the drivers side window for my sister before i give it to her. Car dealerships are so pushy, i walk in there, and what happens? They push the most expensive car in your face!! Lol, what am i going to do with a new cadillac cts? My uncle has one, and if i could drive that thing all the time, i would have 10x the speeding tickets. But i don't think i want an suv. I mean, have you seen the mileage that they get? I like the hyundai tiburon actually. I would get a pt cruiser, but that would be a little too valley girl if me and sam had the same car. But my parents don't want me to get a "sports car" Ugh, i'll post some of the pictures that they sent me of cars they want me to get. Sean and i had fun going to the dealerships together. He likes cars, but thankfully not obsessed with them.
Speaking of Sean, my parents want to have dinner with him. Well, my mom mostly. Since she has already met him and liked him, she said that anytime he wants to come up to chicago with me that is fine. But this weekend is superbowl sunday, which is most exciting. Ok, not really. I know the halftime show will be dry and bland. But oh well. I haven't really let sean come over at night yet. Not that i don't trust myself or him, but why even let the opportunity to come up to have sex? I don't want to, and he knows that. But i want to resist the temptation. My mother suggested this Bible devotional on Christian couples and living a christian life. I told her it was a bit early in our relationship for us to start devotionals together. But she is very happy with my decision of no sex til i am married. Lol, she was also very surprised that i chose to do it when i met sean. She remebers how hot i said he was, especially when she met him. I mean, i haven't dated a lot of black men, but damn, he is like, muscles and......and clean cut and that smile just makes me smile. Especially when he calls me to wake me up in the morning to make sure i get to class.
Oy, laura is not getting out of class until 8pm. But from there we are having dinner. I hope sam will come this weekend, but i will be gone all sunday and probably friday night with sean. So we will see. Her fiance carlos is coming home from germany next month. It's so sweet how they talk online and on the webcam everynight. I miss him. we were all such buddies through high school. He said they are getting married when he gets out, but she says that it won't be til after college. I can't believe people actually bought the line that i told her to use about being a virgin. I knew she just wanted fun, not sex. But hey, it worked and she didn't technically cheat on carlos. Props to you hun!! Anyway, i just thought a long positve post was way over due Talk to you laterz
