Sweetgingerninja I feel at peace these dayz. Decided to try out some meditation for 10 days, and I think it did me a lot of good. Still working out the kinks of being balanced in the face of craving and aversion...it's a tough challenge, maintaining equanimity, but I'm up for it.
Nowadays I get excited about things like brown rice porrige with sour plums and shoveling my parking spot...oh and, chunks of gunk on mushrooms (see photo).
