I must say that having a 1/2 functional computer is sort of frustrating right now. I'd like to stay online and pop in a West Wing DVD, but, alas, those functions are on two separate partitions on my computer. D'oh.

So, and listen closely because this is one of the few times that you'll ever hear me say this, I am really stupid. Apparently I had my computer linked to the wrong wireless network this whole time. D'oh. Well, that explains the crappyness. It's much better now, so yay!

Internship update: all is good. I have two major projects due next week, plus a rush job that's going to start Wednesday. If all goes well, my responsibilities for both the other projects will be finished that day, too, so that will work well. I might have to go in Thursday as a result, but that's OK. I really like the projects that I'm working on, and I'm excited to see the end products.

The big conflict right now is a potential Applebee's/Haverford conflict next weekend. I found out today that there's a Pluralism training for all Customs Folk on the night of the 29th (yes, the night before the last day of classes; I thought it was a bad idea, too). However, this means that I'll be up at the 'Ford on the night of the 29th. Then I'll stay the 30th and 1st for Haverfest and come home on the 2nd. The question is: am I on the hosting schedule for these times? I think I'll call tomorrow and check. There've been issues with them scheduling me, and I need the hours, but I really don't want to miss Haverfest. So, hopefully, if I'm scheduled, I can trade. Hopefully.

I heard back from PROMYS today in regards to my e-mail about when they're going to make the hiring decisions. They say it will be "very soon." Yes, because that really helps me out right now. Oh well. One more pot on the burner.

Preregistration is done, and I even found a back-up class if I don't get into the limited enrollment Religion class I want/need.

Nick's going to take the AP Calculus AB exam in a week and a half, and it's my job to help him study. Yeah, because that worked so well for the SATs. He'd better do some fucking work this time, or else I'll be tres pissed. I mean, he only needs a three to get credit from Elon (I'm pretty sure that's where he's planning to go, now), which I'm sure he can do. We'll see. I printed out a buck of stuff, but who knows.

I'm feeling much better than I did last night. I think I must have gotten a sudden onset migraine, because my head just hurt. I mean real bad. I'm sure the two screwdrivers I had didn't help, but still. This was bad. Like, take the glasses off and lie in bed with my eyes closed bad. OK, enough of that.

Tomorrow is devoted to doing laundry because I really need some clean clothes. Also, I'll check on my Applebee's schedule (I don't know why it wasn't up already on Thursday) and maybe get in some AP studying with Nick. I think that's all that I need to get accomplished, but I'm sure something or other will come up (it usually does).
