The Good and Bad News for Today
Good news: Police caught and killed the alleged "hatchet homophobe" (my term), though not before he killed a police officer and a woman he was travelling with. See the story here. I'm only sad that he's dead because I wanted to see him go on trial for what he did.
Bad news: The puzzle ring that v_cat got me four years ago broke, as in one of the individual rings is now in two pieces. Hopefully I can get it repaired, as I'm keeping it together with sticky-tack right now. I'd really like to save it, as it is my favorite piece of jewelry.
I'm actually planning out tomorrow's lesson right now. Yay for preparedness. And, when that's done, I get to go back to knitting. Yay!
