So here are the five words Sev gave me:
Super Moose: It still amazes me how "Tim Horton's", a coffee'n'donuts shop named after a hockey player where Canadians go to worship the coffee gods, somehow became "Super Moose" in our vocabulary - yet another example of why Sev and I are extremely dangerous when put together (and that was before we'd even met online!)
Percy: Ah, my dear Percy - my #1 favourite Character in the world of Harry Potter, and one with whom I particularly empathize (I too have a father named Arthur, a brother named Bill, and once got into an argument with my dad over politics that was so bad it nearly caused a rift - nah, no resemblance at all!). Also the character for whom I'd once seen an ad asking for a player for an RPG... and the rest is history.
Fish shoes: Okay, while I can understand Super Moose in a circular logic fashion, how the hell did we come up with fish shoes? Yet another example of the nuttiness that is Jaime'n'Sev when combined - we're rather scary I think ;)
Augury: This will forever be the best RPG I've ever been a part of, both as a player and later as a mod. To me, it means creativity, joy, escapism, delving into my darker side, and meeting awesome, unique peeps from all over the world (including one who's the only one I'd travel to another country for to meet in person for their wedding day!).
Ottawa: This is, quite simply, HOME. Ironically, I visited on a class trip in grade 4 - my first time in a different city without my family - and thought nothing of it till years later when I came for university. I could have gone to school in Sudbury, but I would have never been happy there. I've fallen in love with this city, and I try to appreciate it whenever I can (I'm gonna go to some of the Canada Day stuff on the Hill tomorrow if it's not raining).
