Blah
I've been depressed lately... Last night I cried myself to sleep. Probably from the stress of working all day almost everyday like I have been. I have been at work from 7:00 in the morning to like, 9:00-10:00 at night with only 2 hour break between shifts, which is nice until you see how many people are eating at the dumb place... However, I'm doing this for me and Michael and the wedding.
The funny thing is that the power went off at work today, which is great considering we're a resturant.... The computers were on the back-up power source for almost the whole time (power came back on about an hour later), and screwed up our paychecks, so it better be fixed....
I have about an hour left, and I'm hoping Michael will come and see me... I tired to get tonight off, but Jeff said we would be really busy tonight, tomorrow (Joy! So will the day... NO SCHOOL.... Meaning all the teens... and kids.... and parents... and everyone else will be there), Saturday, and maybe Sunday, but he'll try to get me out as soon as possible. Which is nice, really... I'm starting to get exhausted, but I'll live. I'll be training one of the cooks to cash, so I have a feeling I may not be needed next week, but will be available... The extra hours would be nice even if it is tiring....
Valentine's Day was VERY nice... One of the best ones in fact. I dressed up in this nice red dress (Halter, comes down around my knees at some points, at other points it goes down lower, sort of jagged) that I saw when I went shopping with Kat back in December for $30.00... Not a thing wrong with it. So a few days later I end up buying it and have been saving it for the right time to wear it, so why not Valentine's Day? Right? Right, lol. Anyway I wore that with fishnet stockings & My upper-calf-high boots, hair up fairly nice. Decided on no make-up and one of my fave fragances on. I was hott, lol.
Anyway, he surprised me with a big cuddly teddy bear with a phantom mask that he made himself to look like a phantom mask, but to also look like a heart, and it was holding a single red rose with a black ribbon tied around it like in the newer Phantom of the Opera movie. It was so sweet and so cute, I was hugging the bear while in the car. We went to Laroza's to eat, but the place was packed and a few couples were waiting when we got there, so we ordered our food to go and ate it in the car. There he surprised me with a DVD (One Last Dance) and tickets to a play. So afterwards we went to Play House in the Park and say Yellowman, it's not exactly a Valentine's Day play, but it was very powerful.... Very powerful.... Later we hung out at his place and just enjoyed each other's company... Then he took me home were I changed into my night clothes, cuddled with the bear, and fell fast asleep....
Too bad I only had that day off this week, but tomorrow next week's times go up and I'll know which days I work and which day(s) I'll have off.... Hopefully more than 1 day this time, but I doubt it....
