A better question would be which episode haven't you watched five times. *laughing* Here are the episodes I just can't resist.
I'm going to list my top five favorite episodes to watch:
5. Penelope, Criminal Minds, season 3, episode 9
I've given my reasons for watching this episode already, but really it's just an emotional episode that focuses on the family dynamic of the BAU team. I just really get into it each time I watch the episode. Brilliantly acted. I can't express enough my love for that final scene between JJ and Garcia. I love their friendship so much.
4. Sexy, Glee, season 2, episode 15
Okay honestly I don't so much watch the whole episode as much as I watch the Lauren/Puck, Kurt/Blaine, Blaine/Burt, Kurt/Burt scenes over and over again. The love I feel for Lauren and Puck is not rational and I know that. I love her complete confidence in her sexiness. That she's a bad ass with a devil may care attitude. I love that he wants her badly. So much so he was willing to not have sex with her to prove that she was more to him then just a piece of ass. For Puck that's like writing her poetry. *grin* The writing for Glee is very uneven. But occasionally they hit the right note. The Burt/Kurt- father/son scenes always hit the right note. This episode wasn't perfect, but it was definitely one of the better ones from this season, plus us Luck fans got a hallway kiss. *grin*
3. The Big Bang Theory, The Can Opener Fluctuation, Season 3, Episode 1
Okay yes this is another episode I've used before. But if it's my favorite scene, wouldn't I watch the episode repeatedly? *laughing* I have probably watched the whole show (all the seasons and every episode except for three) over five times. But this one is one of my favorites because Leonard finally got the girl of his dreams and season three started off on the right foot because of that.
2. The OC, The Shake Up, Season 4, Episode 14
Okay I don't know if I made it clear the last time I mentioned an OC episode but season 4 was the best freaking season of the whole series. If I was being totally honest with you all I would have to admit, I watch this season marathon style. Start to finish, over and over again. It kills me that just when it was getting good the show got canceled. This episode is one of the many reasons it shouldn't have been. It's the first episode that Ryan told Taylor he loved her. And how he did it was quite possibly the cutest scene I have EVER seen. Taylor was desperate to find out how he felt about her so she tried to get him drunk, the problem was he could out drink her and she was the one that ended up drunk off her behind. Ryan did end up telling her he loved her, but wish he hadn't when he found out (and assumed the wrong thing about it once he did) that Taylor had gotten into Berkley- the college he was going to. This snow balled quickly and came to a head at her (first ever) birthday party when he gave her a dictionary [instead of the romantic gift he had planned to give her- a book of French poems]. In the end he came to her and admited he did love her and he wanted to be with her.... just as the OC was hit with a massive Earthquake.
1. CSI: NY, Snow Day, Season 3, Episode 24
There are so many great CSI: NY episodes and I've watched most about a hundred times, but this one has been watched a hundred and one. I adore this episode. I really can't gush enough over how right it was that Danny and Lindsay's relationship should start in this way. The flirting that had been done for months, the almost getting together- but never quite making it, the teasing, the attraction- it all came out and they looked so happy together. I've always wondered what happened after the show. After Danny was rescued from being held hostage. You know that Lindsay must have nursed him back to health in a very special way. *laughing* One of these days, I will write about that. *grin*
