Quick notes about General hospital and As The World Turns
Okay these are the only soaps I've been keeping up with, so here is my quick review of both:
As the World Turns:
- I love that Henry is getting family in town, but that woman is in no way old enough to be his mother. She used to play Lucy Coe on General Hospital and she can't be more than maybe 40 - 45. Henry is at least 35, which means she had him when she was 10 years old... ah, I don't think so.
- I love Janet, but Jack is seriously annoying me. Craig has been nothing but supportive and Jack is being such a jerk. He and Carly are not together anymore (thank God), so he needs to stop trying to control everyone in her life.
- If I was Janet, I'd be about sick of Jack always running to Carly and Sage at the drop of a hat. Yes Sage is his daughter, but she falls under that "annoying little kid" title. I wish she would have stayed at camp.
- Where is JJ? He was my favorite of Jack and Carly's kids...maybe because he was the only one that didn't have any of their DNA and is actually a good kid?!
- Who is this girl that Sage, Parker, Rosanna and Craig met in Chi-town? And what is her connection to Janet?
- Katie and Brad are the best married couple on the show. I just love them
That was pretty much it for ATWT: Tomorrow Casey tells his mom that his dad thinks Margo has a thing for Riley. I know that Tom doesn't know he is Adam yet, but good grace, that's a nasty thought.
General Hospital:
- This one is real quick: STOP DEPRESSING ME! One day is okay, two is pushing it, a week is asking for people to tune out.
- Michael "I respect my dad. I want to be like him" Someone shoot him again! Someone please kill this kid. That's obviously what he wants. Why else would he want to follow in Sonny's footsteps after being in a coma for over a year?
- Kristina needs to die with her brother. I'm so sick of her. Are we supposed to feel sorry for the brat? "Oh poor me. My mom wants me to be my best. I can't do anything wrong. My mom's a bitch." Whine, Whine, Whine.
- Carly-please die! Yes that's mean, but so is she. Everytime I watch her, I think of shoving a gag in her mouth and pushing her into the river. Her son confessed and she blames Alexis for framing him. Alexis had no idea the Michael was even driving, how could she have framed him? Stupid skank!
- Jax- you used to be interesting and cool. Now you are a lap dog to the bitch.
- Poor Alexis!
- Sarah Brown is kicking ass in this storyline. A lot of people don't feel for Claudia, but you can't deny that SB is rocking her scenes.
- Please for the love of all that is holy- STOP BABYING MICHAEL!!!! I have never cared about him and hearing every two seconds that he is brain damaged, that he has anger issues, that it isn't his fault for the crap he does makes me want to scream.
- Sonny is a dick
- Olivia needs to STFU. Johnny isn't some innocent soul. He knew about the hit on Sonny that caused Michael's accident. Claudia protected him by keeping the details a secret, but he knew from the beginning. Stop rewriting history writers. I remember that crappy storyline.
- YAY for protective!Sam (even though she's protecting the little brat). Boo to Protective!Jason. Let the kid die Jason. No one in the viewing audience would miss him.
- YAY for Jasam scenes...
- YAY for Mac.
- I want Spixie back. Please bring back the light. I'm sick of all the darkness.
