photo-post part 1

I've been meaning to post these pictures for a while now. Some are obviously photoshopped, others, no >_>;

These are some charms that Robin and I have made for Kawaii Kon. I took these pictures a while ago back in December, and we have a toooon more charms along with a couple of new characters. :D I'm starting to wonder if we're over-making ^^; We haven't determined a price yet. We have hexapi and fruit-themed hexapi. Some have swarovski beads and others don't, but we later on decided that they all have beads.

I bought a gingerbread house during xmas break. The boys were in too much of a rush to make it, thus it was a failure. :((( Ah well. So much sugar. It was like 5000calories if you ate it with the icing x_x

For xmas, Teppei gave me a nenderoid of Mikuru-chan. I had the hardest time changing her faces :x

Sometime during break, I met Michael and Teppei's friend, Ben. He has an interesting, but crazy persona online.

Then there was Teppei's birthday.

Someone uploaded this last photo on facebook. I think it's funny because of my expression. Somebody made delicious red velvet cupcake, and I'm just going in for the kill *nom*

Michael's family has a tradition of burning the xmas tree right after xmas and using it to make mochi. I'm glad I wore black that day. It also rained a lot.

Here are some pictures from when I was working at the conference. Nothing much.

Free food from the Hilton~ Those guys were so nice to us. They also gave us freshly made glazed donuts.

Every year, we usually have a pin-up map so the professors/teachers can post what part of the world they're from, but this year, my bosses got a big screen and hooked it up to Google Earth. It'd move around and change areas from time to time and people thought it was a touch screen. We were tempted to write a sign, "Do not touch," but to see people just poke the screen trying to get to a certain location was just too funny.
