Key sat at the dining table, reading the instructions on the jar that he was holding. "It says that I have to pour the desired amount of pellets into a skillet full of water and let it heat, but not enough to boil." He said to nobody in particular. Key just sat there, jar still in his hand and pouting. "I still don't get this!" He said in a frustrating tone, his eyebrows knit together.
Just then Jonghyun walked into the room, taking a seat across from Key. He put his legs on the table, leaned back in his seat, and started nodding his head from side-to-side smiling. Key looked up and glared at an unattentive Jonghyun. Seeing him with that stupid face of his and that stupid smile made Key even more desperate.
'He looks like an idiot with that dumb puppysaurus face of his' he thought to himself. Key always wondered why people would say that Jonghyun had a 'puppysaurus' face. Thinking ridiculous thoughts to himself, Key chuckled aloud, blurting out in the process. "Anything but a puppy."
The comment caught Jonghyun's attention as he stared at Key. "Anything but what? Key what are you talking about?" Confused, he raised a suspicious eyebrow at the other boy. Key rolled his eyes and smirked, "Nothing idiot. Can you go sit somewhere else? You're distracting me and I need to concentrate on this right now."
Jonghyun poked his tongue out at him and went to sit on one of the counter stools by the kitchen. His eyes still remained glued on the other boy, who was now pouting. Jonghyun loved seeing Key like this, he thought the boy looked at his best when he was mad. Afterall, Key was the most amazing thing he'd ever seen.
"Damn it!" Key slammed his fist on the table, causing the pellets to fly everywhere. "Great, just great." He got up from his chair and kneeled down on the floor, furiously searching for the nearly transparent pellets. Jonghyun chuckled and climbed down from his stool, walking over to where Key was and kneeled right next to him. "Here, let me help you sweetpea." He looked at the other boy and fluttered his eyelids like a flirtacious horny girl.
Key's mouth drooped open making a small 'O' as he just stared stupidly at Jonghyun. Suddenly, the younger boy burst out in laughter, laughing so hard that it made him cry. Jonghyun stared in wonder, raising an eyebrow at Key's reaction. "What's so funny?" Key tried to compose himself so that he could speak. "You're silly Jonghyun. Now I understand why people call you a puppysaurus." He went back into a giggle fit before he could say anymore.
Jonghyun flushed, looking away shyly than turned his gaze back to Key. He caressed the other boy's face, placing a gently kiss onto his lips then smiling. Key smiled back then poked his tongue out at Jonghyun, finally proceeding to look for the fallen pellets.
It were moments like these that made Jonghyun's heart flutter and want to spend the rest of his life with Key.
