Energy vampires
Everyone has their patches of bad luck. But there are some people who create their own disasters....daily. To the extent that you wonder how they haven't removed themselves from the gene pool yet.
After bailing these kinds of people out for the hundredth time you eventually realise that they are just energy vampires, draining you of life and it's time to cut them off before they pull you down with them....especially when their favourite past time is to make up random versions of reality in their head and act as if they are true with no greater basis for this decision than a flight of whimsy. Flights of whimsy that could start harmful rumours and show a huge level of distrust in you.
