Its official: I'm obsessed with all things Firefly.
When I first saw Firefly, I asked Lyn to make me the Jayne hat.
When I first saw Serenity, I went out looking for the Jayne jacket. (Pictured in avatar)
I wasn't able to find anything at first. But, I had to keep looking, and keep looking I did. Took me the better part of two different days, and the better part of $100, but I've finally got something close to the Jayne jacket. This will tide me over until I can find something that more closely resembles the real one.
I've got isssues. I don't even identify that much with Jayne.... But the jacket fits well, and makes me look tough. Actually, I look like a cross between a Linkin Park fan, and a skinhead... though, that's probably not a good thing. Still, no one's messed with me in the past 2 days. It HAS to be the jacket...right?
But now I can unzip my jacket provocatively, and with bravado. Makes me feel like a big man.
