Pretty pretty (at least, I hope so!)
Thanks to everyone who encouraged me to go for the writing course. I've decided to wait until I'm settled in my new house, and make a decision about it then. I tend to think of something and run with it for miles upon miles, and then lose interest in it as quickly as I found it.
Instead, I've moved onto jewellery making! Hehe. A bit different, but still an outlet for that little bit of creativity that I have buried deep inside me. I'll post some of the pictures on here, but so far I've made and demolished 3 red bracelets and 2 blue/black ones (because the clasps were shite) and made 2 more purple ones and an orange one. I really enjoy making them, it's really very relaxing and a wonderful feeling when the final product appears.
I'm moving into my friend Rachel's flat tomorrow night and then...we will be in the new flat by the end of the month! Note the operative word in that sentence: WILL. Oh yeah. The building is being safety checked either tomorrow, Friday or Monday. That will take a few days to go through, and then as soon as it's passed, they have a maximum of 7 days before we can sign. Our solicitor is going to push for 2 days. So, we might even be in by th eweek after next! Woooo! Wish us luck.
