Earlier this week I was finally able to be introduced to yoga. It was a half-assed kind of thing, but still confirmed my suspicions that it's kickin' rad and powerful and stuff. Since it's so late in the semester, there's not really a point in joining a class now. Instead, I checked out a DVD from the library:
That's right-- Lilias! Yoga fitness for beginners.
The back of the box tells me there's flow movements for arms & abs and legs & buns.
This is great-- puts me at ease that Lilias! is in touch with the roots and purposes of yoga. Because I know that, at some point in the old days, this had to have happened:
