FCN report days 1-2. Plus shoutout to those not here...
Lying under the covers in my room at FCN feeling pondering-like. Its been a great con so far. Relaxing.... spurts of fun... generally low key. Occasional feelings of sadness that lotsa people I wish were here arent... simultaneous relief that things I were worried about happening havent...
For better or for worse its been a starkly different con than last year and other recent cons with the people that ARENT here. Much more relaxed cause I dont feel like my attentions are stretched... but also kinda surreal almost lonely feeling. Friends recently lost... friends that I might not see again... but also friends I know I will see again soon enough. So heres a round of cheers to you

TUESDAY: Literally the worst call I had the hospital this year. Slept MAYBE 15 minutes.
WEDNESDAY: Came home exhausted and tired. Did lotsa chores. Laundry, clean house, supply shopping, Scratch maintence. Small nap. Went to Greyhound with
marymouse to pick up
jill0r. Stopped by Rite Aid. Ate din din at Cracker Barrel. Came home. Made my giant mouse toy for Jaggsie all by myself (yay!) while Mary and Jill did last minute con stuff. Sleepies.
THURSDAY: slept in. Last minute packings. Packed up car and embarked on three hour trip to FCN. Ate at travel station. Finally got to FCN. Checked in and hid in our room for a time.
mozee showed up and we went down and got registered. Went to On the Border for dinner. Yummy! Liquor store. Alcohol was consumed. Roamed hall a lil bit. Got the fursuit itch and ran around with my new mouse toy as Jaggsie. Mingled. Crashed.
FRIDAY: slept in. Mary and Jill went to do dealers den thing. Got a package from Sophie in mail! Yep. My new not-so-secret fursuit. Fell in love with it moment I opened box. So excited! But had to wait. Got suit brushed and nice. Roamed.
frazzles626 and
amyloveyou arrived. Got them registered. Frazzy grew giant boobies. Lunch with them at Coney Hotdog place. Roamed more. Suited back up as Jaggise and ran around lots with my mousie. Got made fun of lots. Waited for dealers den to close. Plans for Benihanas failed. Instead went to coney place yet again with Mary, Amy, and Frazzy. Finally got to play in our new suits!!! Mary and I with matching suits made by Sophie (both came out incredible! Will write impressions later as she totally deserves the positive pub). Frazzy was schoolgirl Stitch. Amy was Snazzles. We missed the photoshoot. But hopefully lotsa great pictures nonetheless. ROAR!!!!! Afterwards just relaxed in room. Grabbed a quick snack for Taco Bell. Fell asleep while Mary work on commissions. Woke up and wrote a journal.
