I know I'm waaaaaaaay overdue for updating, and I've been spot-checking-up on everyone, so sorry I'm out of the loop and I miss seeing how everyone is. Sorry. Sorry. I hope everyone is well.
Real fast, because it's 6:00 a.m. and I'm hungover and can't sleep:
1. I went to Spain for 11 days. It was awesome. Anna Skor, you inspired me, and it actually happened.
2. I'm "in a relationship" with a boy. It is awesome.
3. I made Dean's List for my semester at Harrington (all A's, except an A- from that bitch for Art History)
4. I GOT A NEW JOB AT THE FIELD MUSEUM!!!!
I start in 2 weeks. I will be an exhibit developer. That means I head up the team of people who write all the copy for exhibits. It's an upper-level position, I'm making a livable wage (writing, in Chicago!), and I'm very excited. They are really nice people. They are excited to work with me.
It will be my second job. I've been at Pioneer for 5 years. Wow. 5. I tell my boss this morning. Maybe that's why I can't sleep -- I will miss her...
