Agh, I am on a board. I sent an email out regarding a person who said we are not paying them enough. I gave my opinion on the importance of paying someone based on their education as well as their contribution and that I thought we shouldn't pay the person more until they get more education.
I sent it to the person as well.
Now I want to die. Can't take it back. No fixies. This sucks. Had to be said, but not to the person really. Could have been discussed between the board and that's it.
AGH. hate life.
