I think that Lena is right...

I read this last night and didn't reply and I wasn't going to until after I read what everyone said. When I read it I thought the same thing. My friend, who will remane nameless, lost her virginity to someone that she never dated or seen again and I told her I lost respect for her becuase of what she did. Ok so she got pissed but she also knew that wasn't meant to come out as slut. You can lose respect for a person yes, and they can also gain it back. I don't believe David said she was a slut either. I think all this drama was cause by twisting of words, I think that she(I do know who it is though...) should of been the one to interpret the words into what she thought they were instead of you tellin her that to you it meant slut. Because her losing her virginity is her business and what people say about it should be her business, and she should be the one to worry about it. I know you want to stick up for her, and thats fine because I would do the same thing...but your sticking up and defending something that never happened and basically was your conclusion and not hers.

Good luck with it all..but I definately don't think that this is something that is on David. I have had my fair share of problems with David too..u kno that...and if I believed he called her a slut in even the slightest chance I would of snapped on him becuase not more then a month ago Henry was here and he called me a "fuckin slut" and I almost beat the shit out of him, but I couldn't lol. I think you all need to just straighten it all out.

This was not saying he called her a slut. The only reason cassy said it the way she did is because she wanted to let david know how much he had effected her to say that. She went a little extreme when first expressing this to david. The only reason i got involved was to defend cassy, because she wouldnt defend herself. Had it been vise versa and I had said something about loosing respect for a person for doing something once that I had done on multiple occasions before that. me and david have already spoken and this was clearly from my point of view and was nothing more then a rant. Me and david have since talked and discovered where we both were in fault. I apoligized for screaming, but as i said before I will not turn down what I said. I mean know harm towards any friendship, but to hurt someone so much with out thinking how thosewords might be interperated. The sad thing about the english language is everything can be interperted how ever you want to. I had heated words but tha is only because I love and respect cassy. as we all do. You can all say what you want to, but all cassy wanted was an apology for what he said and to let him know how that actually felt to her.
