I'm really starting to get old.
Last week, I found out none of the kids (ages 10-14) had even heard of Dennis Rodman. Today, two tweens who are basketball fans also haven't heard of him.
He used to be a household name.
Last week, we were doing Trivial Pursuit, 90s edition, and the kids hardly knew anything. I knew more about the eighties than they did about the nineties. Yikes. (Dennis Rodman was also one of the answers).
Today, they made creatures out of egg cartons, glue, pipe cleaners, markers, etc. One of the kids put a giant green fluffy pom on top of his character and gave it orange sideburns, and I was like "Is that supposed to be Dennis Rodman?" and he looked at me funny.
"Have you even heard of Dennis Rodman?"
"No."
