By posting this, I mean no judgment on those who smoke. However, I think it is important that people really educate themselves.

I'll certainly give that article a read. I'm glad there's a site that cites its sources, because that's my main issue with "Truth" and all that, is that they spout off all this information, yet don't tell anyone where they get the information from--thus nullifying their argument. Its funny, since you put up a Native American quote, that they'd only smoke once-in-a-while, or for special ceremonies, because of the effects regular tobacco had on the body.

Yes, tobacco was only smoked on holy occasions, and held as sacred. I shall click on the link now...

And, if I'm not mistaken, their tobacco didn't have all that added shit to it like commercial tobacco. Right?

Plus, like you said, they didn't get addicted, it was for special occasions, and in most cases only smoked at night. It was a sacred ritual, not a habit.

Exactly, and nothing else was added to it, so it was simply the plant itself. Really if cigarettes didn't have a lot of the additives and what not they'd be "healthier" than what we've got now. I'll assume you understand my use of quotes there.
