Story Time!
Yesterday I went to Target to get toilet paper, and Emily got Charlie and the Chocolate Factory.
I went to Cub and Emily waited in the car.
Near the entrance was clearance candy which I was looking at. I wanted Reese's. There was a couple there, and the guy was also looking for Reese's. He found inside out Reese's. I also grabbed them and said, "I want my Reese's right side out, damnit!" They laughed. A few joeks were cracked and I gathered the man's sarcasm. The woman said he made fun of her a lot. I said I get made fun of and laughed at a lot, too. I found some individual pumpkin-shaped Reese's. We went our separate ways.
A little while later, while I was by the cookie dough, I saw them again and said, "Hello again!" The man said, "Jeez, lady! Quit following us!" I said, "I must be reverse following you because we met face to face!" We laughed and went our separate ways again.
A little while later, all of a sudden I see them again, and I said, "Quit following me, guys!"
He said, "Damnit lady!" Then he said, gesturing toward the aisle, "Do you wanna come shop with us, ya know, help us pick out our dinner? You keep following us." I said I had to get going. THe lady said, "She's gotta go eat her own dinner." He said, "She's gotta go eat her pizza and [Reese's] pumpkins." I said, "Nice to meet you guys!" The guy said, "I'm sure we'll be meeting again! We'll be here again. I'm sure we'll see each other."
So, I went to the check out. Shortly thereafter, all of a sudden, someone comes up behind me and flings a package of Reese's onto the checkout.
It was funny.
I hope I run into them again.
