Breathing in and out slowly is not working
I'm beyond upset
My 7 year old put her fist through a glass door window in a tantrum, never mind her hand, just spent the last hour clearing shards of glass from toy boxes, my teaching folders boxes and trying to make safe what remains on the door.
Trying to think what punishment me or my brothers and sister would have had if it were us as children ...
