I have been feeling pretty low recently and as a result my garden is looking a mess, grass uncut, borders full of weeds, vegetable garden a depressing mess ... but my azaleas, bless them, thrive on neglect and this year they have been particularly good.
Not only are they covered in flowers, they smell wonderful too.

The only red one

And now a view of my neglected garden taken from the tree house (yes I climbed up there :-))

And my veg patch, such a jungle, my soil is heavy clay and will need vast amounts of manure so we put up the raised beds so that at least we'll have something this year,

I feel I've achieved something at last, planted all the broad bean plants I raised from seed on the smaller bed.
