Point is not "how a word is classified". Although this is an example of the main point stated in the topic sentence, "the criteria for systems" and when does a thing become something different, thing(prime), perhaps Seuss was onto something "thing 1" and "thing 2".

Christians certainly if not theoretically at least practically care about this. Generally, Christians care that sexual relations take place between two different forms, e.g. male and female (and further that these are entered into a relationship acknowledged publicly, marriage). Or, think about it this way, "what is the Christian church", and which things are outside the camp? Certainly we tend to set parameters which are wide or narrow and there are those that do not fit that we do not acknowledge as Christian.

So, you missed the point, which is philosophically, "the criteria for systems", and more narrowly expressed in how the classification systems for life have changed since I took high school biology, and science has exponentially more knowledge about genetic code, which apparently is responsible for new ways of looking at life. Good, no? To refine our ideas based on new and better data?
