 i've never really been intimidated by eku, but i must say that if i don't get accepted to the program i am applying to then i will be very disappointed.  it's not so much that i am so avid about attending this university in particular, but it is more of an ego issue.  if i don't get in, then i will inevitably compare myself to others that i know that have been accepted. and superficially, i'd like to believe that i'm more intelligent than them all.

i know i'm worth it- i just hope i can convince them.
