Seriously, I need some shoulder tier 1 tech support. You know how when your computer stops doing something it's supposed to do and you call tech support and the tier 1 person is there to ask you if you plugged it in? I need someone like that to be here with me and keep me from making stupid mistakes like I already have several times today. Like a shoulder angel but different. Instead of keeping me good, it keeps me competent.
