It's Roxy's Birdy Day today!
My wee baby is 6 years old today. I know she was born in the middle of August 2006, but because I got her on January 11, 2007 I decided her birthday would be August 11.
For her birthday week she got to go to the V-E-T the other day. She enjoyed that. Not. Also, she's now on a diet, as she weighs 17.2 pounds. That's a gain of 2.2 pounds since September 23 of last year. Whee! She's so excited about these events! Not. ;-)
Right this minute she's yelling at me from the front door. We go outside once or twice a day (she's on a leash), but haven't gone out yet today. She wants more food and I'm not giving it to her, so she's making herself heard on the subject. Any subject! She's rather insistent. ♥

Her boyfriend is kattgrrl's ragdoll Elvis. Even though they live a couple of thousand miles apart they managed to have one kitten. Isn't she cute?
What do you think we should name her?
