My baby is home again. His bloodwork and urinalysis all came back normal. :) He was not a happy camper, though. As soon as I walked in I heard him crying in the back room. Dr. T said he ate and drank while he was in jail, but growled at a dog that was in for a spay. Riley went with me to pick him up, and was not pleased by the adventure, but when he heard Charlie yelling in the other room his ears went forward. He recognized his brother's voice, I'm sure. Not so certain that he even noticed Charlie wasn't home last night, but that's Riley for you. No one ever accused him of being a scholar. ;-) Riley went to the clinic for his check up and shots, just so no one thinks I'm heartless and take my cats there just to torment them.
Charlie had a long drink of water and ate a bit of soft food before going exploring. Roxy and Cola's noses are a bit out of joint at the V-E-T smell on their brothers but, typically, George takes it all in stride and has accepted both of them as being home where they belong.
I'm relieved nothing showed up on the tests and will go with the idea that Chuck pulled a muscle in his leg and that put him off his food for a while, until I know otherwise. I'm just glad he's home again. I missed my baby!
