CHAPTER 7 - Together
**There's a bit of R-rated action in this chapter. Readers discretion is advised.
Were they boyfriends? Were they just hanging out? What the hell were they doing?
Yunho twirled his pencil, passing it over and under his fingers repeatedly. JaeJoong sat crosslegged across from him on Yunho's bed completely immersed in the book he was reading. Yunho stared at him, trying to decide whether now was the right time to ask. They had been comfortably spending time with each other for the last month and half and he didn't want to do anything to ruin it. But he was truly dying to know.
"You are really thinking much too loudly to be doing history homework." JaeJoong looked up from the book he was reading to give Yunho a teasing look. He tilted his glasses on his nose and smirked. Yunho rolled his eyes in response.
"Well maybe I'd be fine if you weren't being such a distraction." JaeJoong raised his eyebrows.
"Okay!" He shut his book. "I guess I'll go home." He got up and started making his way to the door but Yunho grabbed him before he could get any further.
"You know I don't want you to go anywhere." JaeJoong fell back on to the bed laughing.
"I know. I just love to see you sweat." Yunho growled at him teasingly and launched at him. He grabbed JaeJoong’s glasses and threw them aside before tackling him. The move sent textbooks and notebook paper scattering everywhere. They wrestled with each other, laughing and trying to best the other one. Yunho finally managed to get JaeJoong under him and pinned his arms over his head. Yunho laughed, keeping his grip loose.
"Are you letting me win right now?"JaeJoong shook his head, relaxing completely in his grip.
"Nope. It was all a part of the plan." He smirked. "You on top of me is all I think about." Yunho's heart was racing like he had just finished running laps; JaeJoong could probably hear how loudly his pulse was racing.
"What are we doing, Jae?" The attraction was clearly there for both of them, but they hadn't gone beyond flirting. But the time they were spending together was growing. They were spending nearly every day with each other now. When they couldn't see each other, they would spend hours on the phone talking about everything and nothing. Though Yunho didn't have a ton of experience, it sure felt like they were a couple. But he was still unsure.
The look on JaeJoong's face changed from joyful to something more serious and...wanting?
"I don't know." His voice was at a whisper. "What do you want us to be doing?" Yunho forced himself to breathe. He didn't know he could feel some much at once, but he was and it was hard to pick what to feel first.
"I want us to never have to spend another minute a part. I want us to be so close that we can't figure out where I begin and where you end." He closed his eyes and inhaled before slowly letting it out. "I want us to love each other and not give a damn about what people think." When he opened his eyes, he looked down and found JaeJoong staring back up at him with watery eyes. Yunho began to panic.
"Hey, what's wrong? Did I say too much?" JaeJoong shook his head quickly and sniffled.
"You said everything perfectly. I-I just didn't think I could feel the force of love like this. I didn't think it was possible." Yunho smiled.
"I feel it every time I look at you. Just hearing your voice makes me smile like an idiot." He bit his lip, feeling embarrassed. "I dream about you. I've never been in love, but I am very sure that I'm in love with you, JaeJoong." He didn't know how it happened but the next thing he knew, Yunho was pressed flush JaeJoong, his lips on JaeJoong's.
JaeJoong flipped them over, never ending their kiss. Yunho reached out and grabbed JaeJoong by his hips, gripping them like they were the only thing keeping him from floating away. He moaned into JaeJoong's mouth when the other boy bit his bottom lip.
"Fuck." Yunho could barely breathe, the word escaping his mouth between kisses. JaeJoong ravished his mouth like he was dying from starvation. Yunho met him every move and every head tilt because he was just as hungry. If Yunho never did another thing ever again, he wouldn't care.
When the need to breathe eclipsed their need for one another, they separated. JaeJoong stared down at Yunho, his mouth swollen and red.
"So are we dating, or...?" JaeJoong flicked Yunho's forehead.
"I don't date dorks." Yunho chuckled and rubbed his forehead, feigning pain. "But lucky for you, I'll make an exception."
"Yes!" Yunho cheered and punched the air. JaeJoong threw his head back and laughed. Yunho stared at him completely taken by how beautiful he was when he laughed. He was going to spend the rest of his life making him smile like that.
"I love you." JaeJoong spoke in a whisper. All the emotion in his eyes left Yunho feeling breathless. He reached up and ran his fingers down JaeJoong's face and over to his lips. He caught the plump bottom lip between his fingers and rubbed it. JaeJoong leaned into the touch, his mouth slightly parted.
"I love you too. And I always will."
"Promise?"
"Promise."
-
"So you guys are like, together now?" Yunho elbowed his locker closed after grabbing his soccer uniform. The last practice of the season was tonight and then Sunday night Yunho would be playing his last soccer game of his high school career.
"Yeah. We're keeping it between us for the most part but if someone asks we're not going to deny it." Junsu nodded his head.
"Man, there's going to be like a hundred girls at school that are going be crying in their cereal for weeks when they find out." Yunho shrugged.
"Hm, then I should probably make some flyers to get the word out." Junsu threw one of his cleats at Yunho and Yunho laughed. It was going to be such a relief to finally have a valid reason to turn down girls like Jessica who were endlessly pursing him. He had told plenty of them before that he was gay, but they obviously hadn't believed him.
Their coach came into the locker room and clapped his hands.
"Alright guys we're going for the long haul. This practice is going to be tough but Sunday's game is going to be tougher. This seasons final game is being played against Seoul Prep. We're one to one in wins so we need to clean this up and take them out. Do you agree!" The locker room roared with agreement as everyone erupted in cheers. Yunho clapped and banged his fists against the lockers to join in. They were going to be playing against JaeJoong's team. This was going to be fun.
....
Yunho practically dragged himself from school and out to his car. His body was wrecked and he was pretty sure he smelt like the back end of a horse. He got in his car and drove home with the windows rolled down. The fall air was chilly, but it felt so good that he didn't mind the wind. By the time he pulled into his driveway, he was practically salivating at the idea of a shower.
He unlocked the door and kicked off his sneakers, leaving his bag by the door. In the bathroom he stripped out of his sweaty uniform and climbed into the shower. As soon as he turned the shower nozzle, warm water hit him in the face. He sighed and stood there for a moment, soaking in how grateful he was. When he felt the water had him wet enough he began to lather up and wash himself.
Clean and feeling a sudden burst of energy, he wrapped his towel around his waist and grabbed his phone out of the pocket of his shorts that he had left on the floor. He unlocked it and went to his contact list. Pulling up his recent calls, he pressed the first number.
"Hello, love." Yunho smiled at the sound of JaeJoong's husky voice.
"What are you doing?"
"Jerking off." Yunho choked on his spit and started to cough.
"W-what?"
"I said I'm making you dinner." Yunho shook his head.
"That is absolutely not what you said, but I'll let it go." He threw off his towel and started rummaging around for a clean pair of boxers. "Whatcha making me?" He found a pair and slipped them on and began his search for a pair of jeans that didn't have a stain on them.
"A little bit of everything. You'll just have to come here and find out." Yunho stopped his search.
"Are you inviting me over?" This would be a first since they had been reunited that JaeJoong had ever asked him to come over to his house. Yunho had no idea why, but he hadn't pushed because he knew JaeJoong would tell him when was ready.
"Well it's the first time it's just me, so it's a good time." Yunho successfully found an blemish free pair of jeans and a long sleeved t-shirt in JaeJoong's favorite shade of blue.
"Text me the address and I'll be there." He pulled the shirt on over his head and quickly checked his hair in the mirror, ruffling the wet strands into some sort of order.
"Okay. See you soon, babe." JaeJoong made a kissing noise before disconnecting the call. A few moments later Yunho's phone vibrated with a text from JaeJoong with the address to his house. He grabbed his keys off his bed and headed back downstairs. He left a note on the kitchen counter to let his mom know where he was in case he wasn't back before her shift was done.
Taking one last look at the directions, he started his car and backed out of the driveway. As he drove farther away from his neighborhood, he took note at how much larger the houses got. Gates that shielded well manicured lawns from intruders were on just about every block. Eventually he got to the end of the line of luxury houses and was in front of a mansion. He leaned forward on his steering wheel to get a look at the address then he looked at his phone. House number 1300 was sitting right in front of him.
"House my ass. This is a mansion." He drove into the driveway that was a long semi circle. It was confirmed that he truly had the right place when he saw JaeJoong's car sitting out front. Yunho turned off his car and got out. He turned to lock it, but then realized that there was no one who was going to choose to steal his beat up Toyota that was parked behind a brand new BMW. He walked up to the door and rang the doorbell and waited for a few moments before it swung open and he was face to face with his beautiful, and currently shirtless, boyfriend. He bowed teasingly.
"You didn't tell me you were royalty. Prince JaeJoong I am humbled by your presence." JaeJoong shoved him before grabbing him by the front of his shirt and pulling him in.
"Hardly. I can't wait till I get out of this flashy shit hole." He gestured to the high, chandelier lined ceilings. "Nobody needs all of this; its excessive." Yunho followed JaeJoong, finding it hard to pay attention to what his boyfriend was saying. Coupled with being shirtless, he was wearing sinfully tight jeans, covered in rips. His ass looked good enough to eat. Yunho smirked to himself at the implication.
"Well I will just soak in the fact that I'm inside of place this huge." They finally made their way into the kitchen where there was a spread of food laid out on the kitchen table. There looked to be enough food there to feed at least 10 people. "Geez! How long did this all take?" JaeJoong scratched the back of his head and smiled sheepishly.
"Like 3 hours. Practice ended early so I came straight home and started making it." He laughed. "You're going to need to eat as much as you can if you want to even have a prayer at beating my team on Sunday." Yunho closed the distance between them by pulling JaeJoong up to him by the belt loop of his jeans. He leaned in and brought their mouths together in a long, passionate kiss. JaeJoong melted into him and tangled his fingers in Yunho's damp hair.
"You smell good." JaeJoong whispered.
"I showered before I got here." Yunho moved his kisses down JaeJoong's chin and to his neck. The other boy moaned and pressed himself into Yunho. They staggered back against the kitchen counter.
"You naked and wet is my favorite thing to day dream about." Yunho bit his neck and JaeJoong cried out. He grabbed Yunho's hand and placed it over the front of his jeans. Yunho gripped his arousal, feeling his own respond to having JaeJoong hard in his hand.
They had gone pretty far when they had made out before, but it never got beyond heavy touching. But he knew they were getting closer every time to not being able to stop.
"You wanna know what I day dream about?" He asked as he moved his kisses down across JaeJoong's chest.
"What? Tell me." JaeJoong asked breathlessly. Yunho moved lower, ending up on his knees in front of JaeJoong's crotched. He kissed the sizable bluge over the jeans.
"I dream about having you in my mouth and sucking you off until you beg me to stop because the aftershocks are too much." JaeJoong moaned, his knees shaking. He gripped his hair.
"Holy shit Yunho. Who taught you talk like that?" Yunho laughed, playfully biting the bulge.
"What can I say? You inspire me." He took the zipper between his teeth. "Do you want me to handle this?" JaeJoong pushed his hips forward.
"Ugh! Of course I do, but not now and not in the kitchen." He inhaled sharply. "Not for our first time." He helped Yunho to his feet. Yunho leaned over him and pressed his forehead to JaeJoong's.
"You're such a gentleman." Jae smiled.
"I just don't want us to be rushed." He wrapped his arms around Yunho's waist and squeezed. "When we do, it's going to be so good and we're going to have plenty of time to do it over, and over, and over again." Yunho chuckled and shook his head.
"What am I gonna do with you?" JaeJoong pushed away from Yunho and went over to the table.
"Well for starters you're going to sit down with me and eat some of this food. I didn't cook all this food to get cold just so we can hump each other." Yunho sat down at the table next JaeJoong. He smiled and reached over and grabbed an egg roll.
"Sexy, sensible, and knowns how to cook." He raised his half eaten egg roll at JaeJoong. "You've ruined me for anyone else." JaeJoong picked up a pair of chopsticks and picked up a sliced cucumber.
"Good. No one else is allowed to have you."
....
Full and comfortable, Yunho and JaeJoong lay curled up in the large TV room. They had been searching for something to watch and had finally settled on a nature documentary on sea animals.
"Do you think you'd ever go scuba diving?" JaeJoong shuddered at the response to Yunho's question.
"Never. I'm afraid of my oxygen tank being defective and stop working." Yunho held JaeJoong a little tired.
"Never thought you could be afraid of anything." He kissed JaeJoong's bare shoulder. "What else scares you?" JaeJoong wiggled his shoulder.
"Not much else, really. When I was little I used to be afraid of my brother."
"You have a brother?" Yunho prepared himself, hoping that this was the moment that JaeJoong was finally ready to open up.
"Yeah. But he's my half brother. We don't have the same mother and I am the outsider." He let out a long breath. "He's been showing me how unwanted I am since I came here when I was five. It started with tripping and then pushing. Then without realizing it, I was limping and have a hard time laying down because my back and sides were so bruised." Yunho listened quietly, thinking of how composed JaeJoong was a child. He would have never guessed that he was being treated poorly.
"Does he still live here?" JaeJoong nodded.
"He goes to college, but he commutes between there and home. It's nice not having to see his face all the time."
"So you're telling me that your mother-"
"His mother." JaeJoong corrected. "My mother is dead."
"Oh." Yunho cleared his throat. "I'm sorry."
"Don't be," JaeJoong looked back at him. "You can't know what I've never told you."
"So your step mother just let him abuse you?" JaeJoong laughed, but it was cold.
"She encouraged it in a lot of ways. When I was little I didn't understand that it was because she resented me." He turned over on his back to look at Yunho. "Well, resents me. She covered it up by making sure I had all the same things as Hong Do, but that was only because she didn't want people to catch on and start asking questions. But it's a lie; all of it. My father has no idea just how much his affair affected me." Yunho hated how sad JaeJoong looked and he hated even more that he hadn't been there to protect him.
"Have you told your dad?" JaeJoong shook his head no.
"He's always away on business. There's nothing he could do and it would only aggravate the situation. Besides, I'm able to fight back now and only have to do it for a few more months." He smiled up at Yunho. "The summer before we go to college, do you think I could move in with you?" Yunho held JaeJoong as tight as he could. He had never been asked a better quiestion in his life.
"My mom and I would love to have you for as long as you want." He kissed him on the forehead. "Do you know where you want to go?"
"Anywhere you're going. I can study to be a doctor anywhere." Yunho raised his eyebrows.
"A doctor? Well then, great minds think alike. I want to be a surgeon." JaeJoong mimicked Yunho's expression.
"Dear, you do know that requires math skills, right?" Yunho shrugged.
"I'm not worried about that now since my favorite math tutor will be right there with me." He kissed him on the lips and once again, they were lost in each other.
"No wonder you fight like such a girl. You practically are one!" The lights in the TV room were turned on following the gruff voice. Yunho and JaeJoong shot up and looked towards the door where the voice had come from.
"Why the hell are you here?" Yunho watched as JaeJoong stood up, his fists clenched. This must be the prick he had just learned about.
"Well it is my house Jae and I am well within my right to come here whenever I want to." He looked at Yunho and snarled. "I'm going to need you to get your piece of shit car out of my drive way." Yunho opened his mouth to say something but JaeJoong cut him off.
"First of all, you don't own a damn thing; dad does. Second, you don't get to tell me what to do and when to do it. Now back off." In 3 big strides, Hong-Do was across the room and in JaeJoong's face. Yunho stood up and put his arm between them.
"You've got 5 seconds to back up because I kick your face in." Hong Do laughed.
"Yeah? Try it." JaeJoong reached up and moved Yunho's hand.
"Don't lay a hand on him." Hong Do smirked.
"What are you going to do, little Jae?" He pushed at JaeJoong's chest. "You going to fight another fight you're going to lose. Don't be an idiot and do what I say before you get hurt." Yunho watched, ready to jump in, but he knew JaeJoong wasn't going to allow it.
"That's why dad doesn't trust you with the business." Hong Do's eyes narrowed.
"Say that again." JaeJoong walked forward, forcing Hong Do back and creating more space between them and Yunho.
"You're immature and ill mannered and selfish. I wouldn't trust you with a bucket of water let alone a billion dollar empire." JaeJoong wasn't going to back down and it worried Yunho.
"I will make it my mission to make sure that you have nothing. The son of a whore is diserving of nothing but shame and ridicule.” Before Yunho could stop him, JaeJoong punched Hong Do in the nose. Hong Do stumbled back and groaned in pain. JaeJoong lunged at him again.
“Don’t you ever call my mom that! You dirty mouth son of a bitch!” Feral and angry, JaeJoong kicked and screamed as Yunho held him back. “No! Let go of me! I’m going to kill him! I’ve had enough of his shit!” Yunho held him tighter and lifted him off his feet.
“JaeJoong he isn’t worth it!” Yunho tried to convince him through gritted teeth as JaeJoong continued to struggle against him. “Let’s go!” Yunho held JaeJoog as tight as he could as he forced him out of the room. When they were in the hall, JaeJoong pushed away and put distance between them.
“I’m sorry.” JaeJoong apologized a few moments after he calmed down. Yunho shook his head.
“Don’t be. I just don’t want you to do something you can’t take back.” He ended the distance between them and took JaeJoong’s hand. “Let’s go get your stuff for the weekend. And then we can come get the rest it after the game Sunday.” JaeJoong sighed and gave Yunho a grateful look.
“Thank you. I love you.” Yunho leaned in and connected their mouths in a short kiss.
“I love you more.” Hand in hand, they headed up to JaeJoongs room to get his things..
...
In the living room, Hong Do now sat on the couch. He had done what he needed to do and it had worked out even better than he planned. Jae had taken the bait and was going to finally learn who was boss.
“We’ll soon see how quickly dad changes his tune.” He smiled to himself. He was going to start looking like a better option to take over the business real soon.
