Title: Hook, Line, & Tequila
Pairing: YunJae, MinChunSu

Summary: It's summer vacation and JaeJoong doesn't want to do anything but mope about his breakup with his boyfriend, but his friends are having none of it.
A/N: Hey girls hey!(boys too..hey!) I'M BACK! 2016 HERE WE COME! I'm about to enter my third year of college and let me tell you, I am so ready to be done. But I have still been keeping up with YunJae and still have things I want to write and share with you. Here's a little oneshot featuring my inspiration child YunJae. Hope y'all like it. If you do, let e know in the comments :)

“This is stupid.” JaeJoong grumbled unhappily as he reluctantly got off the gaudy green and pink tour bus with Junsu and Yoochun leading the way. The perky butt devil known as Junsu turned a frown on him, which was hard to see behind his big orange sunglasses, and wagged his finger.

“No it's not. Stupid  sitting at home all summer moping over that ass-hat you called a boyfriend. This is fun!” He waved his arms at the large resort flooded with gay men of all varieties. JaeJoong turned his nose up in disgust when he saw Yoochun wipe drool from his chin as he clearly enjoyed the half naked men frolicking about.

“Yeah Jae, Junsu is right. Do you see all the possibility of cock and balls? It’s fucking amazing!” JaeJoong would hardly call it amazing. He wasn’t in the mood for any of this bullshit. Guys were jerks. Maybe he should give being straight shot.

He grabbed his duffle bag from the trolly that carried everyone’s luggage and began making his way inside without his friends.
In the lobby, he passed a group of buff mean who eyed him like he was the last burger on the grill. One who looked like he had steroids for breakfast, lunch and dinner winked at JaeJoong and he had to keep himself from gagging. Really? He proceeded to the check-in desk.

“Reservation under Kim Junsu.” The desk attendant nodded and typed something into the computer before she slide a gold key card to him.

“You’re in suit 612 on in the second wing, sixth floor,” She pointed towards the end of the lobby. “Take those elevators. Enjoy your stay and Rainbow Nation Resorts.” JaeJoong grunted his thanks and headed to the stairs. He had better have a room by himself. He was’t going to stand for  Yoochun and Junsu’s obsessively loud sex sessions that would no doubt include what ever strangers they aquatinted themselves with during their stay.

Taking the elevators to the sixth floor, JaeJoong was pleasantly surprised by how nice the hall lined with doors was. The decor was less gaudy than it was from what he had seen from the rest of the resort and it seemed that the floor was recently deserted. He smiled for the first time in what seemed like years and proceeded down the hall to his room.

JaeJoong unlocked the door and was overcome by the sight of the beautiful and spacious room. He dropped his duffle bag on the floor and went over to the king sized bed, toppling over on it, back first. He stared at the ceiling and let out a long sigh. Suddenly the idea of being single again after so long gave him anxiety. He wasn’t twenty any more and as far he was concerned, he had reached his gay prime and passed it. What if he didn’t find someone? What if he never has kids? He loved being uncle Jae, but he wanted to be a dad too. He thought B had wanted that too.

“Now what?”
+-+-+-+-+-+-+

“Thanks for doing this, Yunho. It means a lot.” Yunho nodded noncommittally as he pulled he and Changmin’s luggage through the lobby of Rainbow Nation. His soon to be ex-husband fell into step beside him and gentle smile on handsome face. That smile used to bring all kinds of joy to Yunho’s heart. Now all it did was make him sad because he no longer felt the same way.

“Reservations for Jung.” Changmin gave his ID to the desk attendant before being handed two key cards and directed to the elevators.

“We’re on the sixth floor. I hear it has the best views.” Of what, Yunho wondered. So far all he had seen was half naked gay men of all varieties. Maybe they would look less exposed from higher up .

“Are we okay sharing a bed?” Changmin shrugged and adjusted his sunglasses.

“We’ve shared one for nearly twelve years. Another four days won’t harm us any.” Yunho couldn't disagree. It was already strange as it was. No one really took a vacation with someone they were about to divorce. But with all things considered, he and Changmin weren't on bad terms and it would have been a waste to cancel a trip they had planned a year before they decided to separate. One last vacation together would serve as closure and give them much needed reassurance that they were doing the right thing.

They took the elevator up in silence. Yunho watched Changmin drum his fingers against his thigh in impatience. When they finally got to the sixth floor, he all but bolted off the elevator and down the hall to their room. He opened the door and Yunho followed him in.

“Wow,” Yunho was taken aback by just how beautiful the room was. He smiled as he put down his bag. “This is great.” Changmin nodded as he put his bag down and sat on the edge of the bed. He looked sad. Yunho sat down next to him and patted his shoulder.

“Are we doing the right thing, Yunho? We both want this right?” To speak truthfully, he hadn’t been too sure about it and he still wasn’t but what good would going back do?

“We both agreed that we want different things in our lives now. It’s best that we end out relationship as husbands before we end up severely unhappy with each other.” Changmin nodded his head in agreement and let out a sigh.

“You’re right. It wouldn’t be fair to either of us, but especially you. You moved away for your hometown and your family for me. It’s time I set you free so you can get the chance to do what you really want.” Yunho smiled, a little part of him still a little sad that Changmin didn't want the same things.

“Thanks, Min.” He smiled and gave his husband a kiss on the cheek. Changmin returned the smile and nodded.
“Now lets get changed and head out. They’ve got a buffet the size of Timbuktu!” Yunho chuckled and shook his head.

JaeJoong sat by the edge of the pool watching as everyone began to file in for dinner. He tilted his head back and looked at the sky. It had been about two hours since he had come outside. He had swam a few laps, fought off various come-ons from different men. JaeJoong just wasn’t feeling it and it was way too soon to be thinking about anyone else even if it was just to hook up.
His cellphone rang, Junsu’s picture popping up. He reached for it and before he could say hello it disconnected. He grunted and shook his head. Junsu probably butt dialed him. JaeJoong couldn't help but chuckle at that thought because with an ass that big it was certainly a possibility.

Deciding he had been out much longer than he anticipated and he was actually getting hungry, he gathered up his things and shoved them into his bag before heading back towards the entrance.

“Hey, you dropped something!” JaeJoong stopped and turned back. A tall man was jogging towards him with what looked like JaeJoong’s reading glasses in his hand. He looked in his bag and patted the top of his head where they usually sat and found that they weren’t there. He smiled at the man politely and bowed his head.

“Thank you. I would have been mad when I couldn’t find them later on.” The man, who was not only tall but very handsome, nodded and smiled.

“My hu-friend is the same way about his,” He smiled and waved, “See ya.” JaeJoong nodded silently and slipped his glasses onto his head. His heart was beating faster than normal and he couldn’t stop smiling. He bit his lip and shook his head lightly. It was still too soon. He  continued his way inside and up to his room to get changed for dinner.

Yunho swished his drink around a small smile on his lips. Changmin raised his eyebrows at him and put down his fork.

“What’s that smile about?” Yunho glanced up as if he had forgotten that he had been siting with Changmin. He shrugged and took a sip of his drink.

“Nothing, just thinking.” And that was the truth. He couldn’t stop thinking about the man who’s glasses he had returned earlier. God he had been the most beautiful man Yunho had ever laid eyes on. Light brown hair against delicately pale skin and eyes as big as saucers. He looked to be in his twenties which immediately made Yunho feel old at thirty-nine. He sighed and shook his head. That guy was probably some old dude’s kept boy and this resort trip had been a gift. Yunho would probably see him again later and have his suspicions confirmed.

“Well think quietly because you’re giving me indigestion.” Changmin said around a mouthful of shrimp and cocktail sauce. Yunho chuckled.

“I think you’re the only one responsible for that particular dilemma. Slow down; it’s called a buffet for a reason.” He reached over and stole a shrimp just to Changmin’s reaction which was priceless. He laughed and shook his head. Just as he was about to reach for another, he spotted the man from earlier come in, sans his reading glasses. He had changed from the gray t-shirt and blue board shorts he wore earlier into a pair of skinny pants and black polo shirt. He looked really good. Changmin glanced over and nodded.

“Yeah he does,” Yunho looked up shocked and Changmin laughed and wiped his mouth. “Yep, you totally said that out loud. I just so happen to agree.” Yunho shrugged finding it weird that he was checking out guys with Changmin. Sure, they had found other people attractive when they were together and sometimes discussed it, but this was different some how.

“He’s super young though. Can’t be older than twenty.” It was Changmin’s turn to shrug.

“So? If you think he’s cute, you should go say hi. You’re a good looking guy, Yun. Age doesn’t mean anything.” Yunho sighed and looked back to find that the man was now sitting at the table with two other guys. The one with spiky blonde hair had his arms wrapped around the young guys shoulder and was saying something in the handsome man’s ear. They looked awfully close.

“Thanks, but I’m fine.” Changmin rolled his eyes and shook his head.

“Whatever. But if I see him later I might just say hello.” He threw a wink at Yunho before he began to eat again.

“Jae-ah!!!” Junsu called out as soon as he spotted JaeJoong enter the dinning room. Several heads turned in JaeJoong’s direction and a few men winked. JaeJoong shook his head and quickly made his way over to where his friends sat. It was clear that the alcohol had been flowing for a while.

“We thought you’d never get here. We saved you some chicken.” Yoochun hiccuped as he passed a plate of of half-eaten chicken over to JaeJoong who flat out refused it.

“I had room service before I came down here, so no thanks. Are you guys almost done eating?” Junsu wrapped his arms around his shoulders and leaned in.

“Why? Are you lonely? Should we finish eating upstairs?” He tried and failed to wink, way too drunk to control his facial expressions. JaeJoong pushed him away gently and shook his head.

“I just wanted to know if you guys had your key cards cause I’m probably gonna go to the gift shop soon and won’t be in the suit.” Yoochun waved his hand in the air shook his head no.

“Go shopping Jae baby! Junsu-ah and I will be just fine, right Junsu-ah?” Junsu nodded drunkenly.

“We’re fine! Go do what you want and please have some sex.” He looked at JaeJoong seriously. JaeJoong frowned and got up to leave.

“Alright idiots, don’t get arrested.” He headed back out of the dinning room but not before he caught the gaze of the man who had returned his glasses earlier. He was sitting at a table with another man who seemed to be eating as if it was going to be his last meal. He realized that JaeJoong had caught him staring and he smiled abashedly and waved. JaeJoong smiled back and waved before continuing on his way.

Geez, he was really cute.

Later on JaeJoong found himself at one of the many bars around the resorts. He looked down at the bags of gifts for his sisters, nieces and nephews and smiled. He always overspent, but he enjoyed seeing them happy when they got gifts from him. He ordered himself a Strawberry margarita and waited as the bartender made it.

“This seat taken?” JaeJoong looked up to say ‘ yes' but stopped short when he saw that it was the guy from earlier. He smiled and shook his head no.

“Nope.” He smiled and ordered himself a whiskey before sitting.

“I thought maybe I should apologize for staring. I’m not usually so rude.” JaeJoong smiled and shrugged.

“It’s no big deal. You certainly more handsome than the rest of these guys who’ve been ogling me.” He bit his lip wondering if that would be taken the wrong way. He glanced shyly at the man who was smiling contentedly.

“I’m glad to hear it,” He stuck out his hand to JaeJoong. “My name is Jung Yunho or more handsome than the rest of these guys.” JaeJoong surprised himself by laughing out loud.

“I’m Kim JaeJoong. Nice to officially meet you.”  He returned the handshake, startled by how soft and gentle the mans hold was for such big hands.

“So are you by yourself, JaeJoong?” JaeJoong chuckled and shook his head.

“I would have never come to a place like this by myself. My best friends forced me to come.”

“Forced you? How come you didn’t want to come?” JaeJoong sipped from his drink and looked down at the glassy bar top.

“I just broke up with my boyfriend a month ago and it’s been really difficult. I haven’t been in the mood to do much of anything so they thought I should come along with them on their vacation,” He looked at Yunho and smiled a little. “I’m probably gonna end up sneaking out tomorrow night. If I get back to work, it’ll take my mind of it ya know?” He couldn’t understand why he was so comfortable talking to Yunho, but he was and it felt good to talk about this with someone other than his friends and immediate family.  Yunho had a calm and understanding face that made it easy to open up.

“Well that’s understandable. What is that you do for work?” JaeJoong smiled at the question. He absolutely loved talking about work.

“I’m a physical therapist at Seoul General Hospital. I’ll be there thirteen years come this February.” Yunho looked surprised.
“I don’t mean to be rude, but how old are you?”

“I’m thirty-eight,” JaeJoong raised his hand to his face self-consciously. “Why, do I look it?” Yunho shook his head no profusely and laughed. He had a nice laugh.

“No! Quite the opposite. I was convinced you were in your twenties.” JaeJoong blushed and ducked his head. He could learn to like Yunho.

+-+-+-+-+-+-+

JaeJoong wasn't just cute and sexy, but he was incredibly smart and funny and sweet. Yunho couldn't remember the last time he had gotten so lost in conversation with someone he had just met. They easily talked about the medical field since Yunho was an athletic trainer for Korea’s national soccer team, and even shared a few family related stories.

“You have eight sisters? How did you survive?” JaeJoong laughed and shook his head.

“I just learned that it was easier to sit still and not complain when they wanted to dress me up like one of their dolls.” Yunho chuckled, the smile that hadn’t left his face since he and JaeJoong started not easing in the slightest. JaeJoong looked at his watch and gasped.

“Would you believe that it’s already one in the morning?” Yunho blinked in surprise.

“Wow, we’ve really been talking huh?” JaeJoong nodded and for a moment he looked sad.

“I guess I should be getting back to my room.” He gathered up his things and was about to get up until he felt Yunho’s hand on his leg.

“Can I walk you up to your room?” JaeJoong smiled and nodded.

“I’d like that.” They made their way to the elevators and waited in silence as it arrived. When they got to the sixth floor, Yunho quietly told him that that’s where his room was too. He held JaeJoong’s bag as he got out his key car and swiped it to open his door. Before he stepped in, he heard loud moaning and what sounded like Changmin’s voice.

“Sounds like my friends found some company.” Yunho nodded numbly as he heard a battle cry that was distinctly Changmin’s. He pushed JaeJoong aside gently and closed the door.

“Why do you come to my room. I doubt you’ll be getting any rest in there tonight.” JaeJoong nodded and they went down the hall to the room he was sharing with Changmin. He told JaeJoong to make himself comfortable as he got them some water and turned on the TV. Yunho smiled at how content JaeJoong looked sitting crossed legged in the chair by the bed.

“We were talking so much about everything else that I never got a chance to ask you about who you’re here with.” Yunho handed him a bottle of water and took a seat on the bed.

“I’m here with my husband. Well technically he won’t be my husband any more starting next week. We’re getting a divorce.” JaeJoong titled his head in question.

“And you’re on a vacation with him?” Yunho chuckled.

“Yeah, it does seem a little strange. But we made the arrangements before we even talked about the divorce so we didn’t want it to be a waste and since we’re on good terms we didn’t see any harm in coming together.” JaeJoong nodded and drank from his water. They were quiet for a few moments, the sound of the TV filling up the empty space.

“Do you mind if I ask why you’re not going to be together any more?”

“We want different things,” Yunho responded simply. “I want kids and Changmin doesn’t. We compromised in the beginning of our relationship, but I still want to be a dad and that’s just something he doesn’t want and it wouldn’t make since to stay together if we both aren’t happy.” JaeJoong stared at Yunho as if he was from another planet.

“I want kids too. My boyfriend had a fit when he found out I was talking to adoption agencies and looking into buying a house soon. I had discussed it with him and he seemed like he was okay with it, but ultimately I think he thought I was just kidding. He left me and said he wasn’t ever going to raise kids.” Yunho had reached out without thinking to stroke JaeJoong’s back. JaeJoong leaned into the touch and smiled up at Yunho.

“You’d make a great dad, JaeJoong. That guy doesn’t know what he’s missing.” Yunho leaned over and kissed the top of JaeJoong’s head and smiled.

“And you’re going to be the very best father, Yunho. Thank you for listening to me.” The taller man nodded and looked away for a moment before looking back at JaeJoong.

“Um, JaeJoong, would you like to stay for the night?” JaeJoong nodded.

“Yes please.” They curled up next to each other in bed, strangers turn friends, and fell fast asleep.

+-+-+-+-+-+-+The Next Morning+-+-+-+-+-+-+

“Sssh, they’re sleeping!” Junsu shoved Yoochun who was the one making the noise.

“Shut up you idiot we can see that they’re asleep.” Changmin smiled and leaned against the door frame. Yunho and JaeJoong made a pretty picture.

“Good thing we met last night huh?” Junsu nodded and wrapped his arms around Changmin’s waist.

“Now that we know that they’re okay, lets go back to bed.” Yoochun leered at them as he led the way back down the hall.

“I call top and bottom!”
