AVIDA's I-BEST
Yesterday was the best day ever!
Louie recruited me and Jopen to apply as sales consultant for AVIDA LAND CORP. last week. In order to be certified we had to attend the 2 1/2 days Intensive Business Executive Sales Training (I-BEST) program and undergo in a written exam & revalida. And, with an average of 91% yours truly graduated top of the class! ヘ(^_^ヘ)(ノ^_^)ノ
I really can't believe it when my name was called coz I knew I messed up the 10 points in the written exam. I failed to correctly illustrate the map of my project - Avida Tower San Lazaro. My sense of direction really sucks...I had to be in a place 3x before I can go there by myself. That's why the LRT/MRT is mana from heaven to me.
The revalida portion is the most dreaded part of the evaluation process. We had to act as sellers while the examiners our buyers. I didn't know how I managed to get through that. But I really thank God that it's over. I get to take home a colored sales kit and a red umbrella. (^o^).
My branch manager was so happy with the results coz the salutatorian was also from our team. He treated us to dinner that night.
Well, the real challenge for me has just started. The award just added more pressure coz being number 1 in the class doesn't mean I get to be number 1 in sales also.
