So much work....
Well my classes are working out to be a lot of work. I am enrolled in two writing intensive classes the same semester. It is not going to be fun.
I also hate Owl. The online web learning thing the chemistry department has been using for umpteen years. It is retarded. rather than have 5 or 10 homework problems. The teacher assigns 30-50 problems on the internet that a computer grades. It's failing is that the computer doesn't give partial credit nor does it understand proper chemistry formating. Everything has to be done out by hand then reformatted for the computer then graded. So what should be 5-10 problems turns into 30-50 x 2 (for the paper work and data entry) x 1.50 ( another 50 percent for formatting) x 1.33 ( time 1/3 more for a slow internet connection (since when doe it take an internet connection to work on your chemistry?) = 120-200 freaking problems ( this week at least) It's taken me 5 solid hours sitting in front of the computer at the lab to finish 3/5 of them. How LAME.
