The Latest
i know it has been some weeks since i have updated you on the bedbug saga. Well, we have gotten the house exterminated for these pest. So far, have not seen any. The guy will be back next week to come and inspect and do some more treatments if needed. One of the guys that came to inspect my house for them, had pity on us and offered to do it himself for considerably less than the companies I had called were going to do it for. And he said that he would continue to come until we got completely rid of them. I have to say that either one of my angels was looking out for us on this one.
Because of this, we presently do not have any living room furniture. So, i am in the process of trying to find furniture that I like, but that is not too expensive. I forgot how expensive furniture could be.
The main problem with the A/C has been fixed. So, it can actually get cold in my house. But, I have to be careful now that the a/c works and my electric bill went up with the A/C having to constantly run b/c of the 100 and above temperatures here in Texas. Other things have gone wrong wiht the tv and the car, but I have been able to get that stuff fixed.
This definitely has been the summer of money walking out of the door. Sometimes, I think that I am going to get a townhouse the next time I look for a house.
