In the last posting, I mentioned that I was seeing a chiropractor and that part of the treatment, I had a 30 min workout with a trainer to strengthen my core muscles. So, my first session was last Tues. Yesterday, I started noticing some soreness around my stomach. And it was not from eating too much or hunger. It was actually the muscle under all the fat that I have around my core muscle. I was surprised, that they were still there. It has been so long that I didn't think that they still existed.
I have another treatment tonight. We will see how I feel tomorrow.
