(no subject)
Mark's working nightshift again! Maybe it's just me but it seems he is working nightshift a lot more than dayshift here lately. It's crazy.
Jaden cut her foot yesterday. She was in the creek behind my parents house and cut it on a rock. It cut the whole way through the padding and in to her foot. It's pretty ugly looking and it's about an inch long. I took her to have it checked last night and the PA said normally they would stitch it but because it still looked kind of dirty in there he wanted to leave it open. They steri-stripped it and started her on antibiotics. I have to soak her foot for the next three days in epsom salt and re-steri-strip it. Feet heal quickly which is good. She is having problems putting weight on it and it's pretty swollen. I had to carry her in and out of the car last night. My goodness she's big! She loaded her bag with books this morning and plans to spend the whole day reading and watching movies at Mom's house.
Dylan didn't have to go to summer school... YIPPEE! I'm so excited about this. Actually relieved is the better word. I can't believe he was such a slacker about turning in his work. If you have six zeros for assignments and can still manage to get a low C imagine what he could have had as a grade if he just would have turned the dumb work in!!!
Now on to a more personal issue. I've been thinking a lot about an old "friend". Every thing happening lately reminds me of him. Songs on the radio, topics of conversation, EVERYTHING! UGH.
