Last night was the last Brownie meeting. We have a family picnic left and then various pool parties at the leaders house. She has a beautiful pool. I want one. It sucks to be so envious. Jaden is bridging to Juniors and went to a meeting last night with the Juniors troop. She loved it!
At the church where the Juniors meeting was the Thurmont Thesbians were doing signups for their play. It's all done by the kids, all the advertising, scenery everything. They are donating their proceeds to the Rec Council. I went and introduced myself to the lady in charge. Dylan said he would be interested in doing set designs and such so I took him to sign up. He ended up auditioning and getting a role in the play. This is a huge commitment for him and I'm so proud. It will also help keep him out of trouble this summer!
