We are settling in pretty well here in Virginia. We got here saturday morning after driving all night long. We moved into a really nice two story, three bedroom, 2 1/2 bath townhome in stafford, virginia. We are about 15 minutes from base so that is great. Hunter is doing a lot better than I thought he would. He seems to like it here. The only problem is the cold and rain. Hunter loves being outside and it is cold here and when it rains it rains all day! Speaking of cold, it snowed while we were moving in! Not a whole lot, but enough to have a layer of snow on the cars and a bit on the ground in the morning. It is supposed to snow again today or tomorrow. Stephen started work tuesday. I miss having him around during the day, but his dad is still here until saturday so at least I have a little company during the day and someone to watch hunter while I unpack boxes. I kinda like it here, but not enough. I don't like being away from the people that we love. Only a year and we will be back. We found out that stephen couldn't reenlist even if he wanted to. He wasn't going to but it is just good to know that noone can even try to talk him into it. There are too many people in the marines who do his job so anyone who isn't already reenlisted for his job they can't now. Anyway, I'm looking forward to having christmas in my own home. We are going to get a tree as soon as it stops raining!
