I miss LiveJournal
For some reason I started looking through my old LiveJournal posts a couple of days ago, and was impressed (vain though it may be to say it) by how thoughtful and even literary some of them were. Perhaps my mind was clearer when I was younger, or perhaps I just had more time to think in general. Certainly LiveJournal seemed to encourage deeper and more thoughtful posts than Facebook does.
Facebook certainly let me down recently. I posted a hilarious joke that came to me at dinner last night, and hardly any one liked it. I'll share it here, because if no one ever likes it here, or even sees it, I won't be surprised. On Face Book I was a little hurt.
