Wow. What a pleasant weekend. I have to say it was different, and sooo extremely nice. (although working all day long fri and sat wasnt particularly exciting...)
Friday night was definately fun though. There was the Fly-"international assasin"-party...that proceeded to Memories karaoke-then to this house where I met some really awesome people. Hung out with good friends. and I only had one glass of framboise the whole night, and was an unofficial designated driver for the night...heheh and it felt good!! :) I went home feeling wholesome and happy that night.
Got in a semi-argument with my manager at H.T....so I will most likely be putting in my 2 weeks there this week. BUT!!! Good news came for me today from Liz!!!! And I will find out more tomarrow.....but hopefully this works out.... ::crosses fingers::
And on top of these things....Annie and I went to the Humane Society the other day this past week and got Rosa. I love Rosa!!! We are fostering Rosa, a soon-to-be-mother calico long haired cat!!! She will be having her kittens any day this week or next, and Annie and I get to raise them until they are old enough to be brought back the Humane Society to get good homes!! Yay!! We are such good citizens. :) And Rosa is the sweetest thing EVER!!! I will be taking PLENTY of kitten pics once the pop out. hehehhe And there even is talk of a baby shower!! <3
And let me tell you how much I love Megahn and how she helped me make my type books all tonight!!!! They seriously look absolutely AMAZING!! She taught me how to bind them really well, and, not to brag, but I think they will be one of the best. hahahah :) I'm sooooo pleased!!! Definately a good portfolio piece.
Oh yea, so its officially Valentine's Day. Ick. And although I absolutely loathe this pathetic excuse for a holiday......I still want to say.....
